Please be advised that when you make an appointment at Lash & Beauty Lounge, a credit card information will be required to secure your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text.
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in inconvenience for our salon, so please be mindful when choosing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold appointments at Lash & Beauty Lounge. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each refill appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours before the appointment time and 50% of any full set.
No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.
We DO NOT do refills that has not been done at Lash & Beauty Lounge.
If you currently have eyelash extensions from another salon, they will need to be removed, and a fee of $30 will be applied.
Lash & Beauty Lounge takes pride in our services; however, if for some reason, we miss the mark of excellence in our service for you –PLEASE notify us within 24 hours of your service(s).
