Meet Brandy
Owner and Founder of Lash & Beauty Lounge
Brandy is the passionate owner and founder of Lash & Beauty Lounge, a business she built from the ground up. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Brandy first flourished at several salons along the Jersey Shore aspiring to be a hair and makeup artist. Along her journey she learned the art of lashes and eyebrows and quickly fell in love and devoted her self to growing her craft. In 2015 Brandy was given an opportunity as single mom to launch her own business within the first salon she ever worked in. After overcoming challenges like a building fire and navigating reopening after COVID lockdown, Brandy grew her salon into a trusted destination for high-quality beauty services.
Brandy’s expertise focuses on eyelash extensions, but she’s also a certified educator with the National Lash Association, helping other lash artists grow in their craft. Known for her dedication to quality, education, and work-life balance, Brandy is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
When she’s not at the salon, Brandy enjoys spending time with her fiancé, daughter, and their fur baby, Gamble.

Originally running a successful solo studio in NYC, she’s now ready to bring her artistry closer to home and build her dream clientele right here in Central Jersey.

Hi! My name is Alicia, I started working at LBL in January 2021 and developed my passion to do lashes as I was working the front desk watching the other techs work. I ended up going to school in July 2021 to get my license to become a lash tech. I love seeing the confidence my clients get from having their lashes done! My most memorable client moment is when I’m able to give clients what they want and make them happy or letting them vent from a stressful day and then leaving feeling pretty and relieved. Beyond work I enjoy baking and cooking, spending time with my son, hanging out with family, and doing self care.
